1. Select Ink Bottle Tool under the Paint Bucket Tool
2. Choose the colour you want
3. Click on the object that you wish to have outline.

you may choose either widescreen(16:9) or normal screen size (4:3)
- 16 : 9 = 640px x 360px
- 4 : 3 = 640px x 480px
